A Meditation in movement, sound & breath encouraging individuals to create with greater awareness, more inner and outer peace.
If you would like to give more purposefully to our Earth and Humanity, it would be a gift to learn both the 'IN' for Self & the 'IN' for Humanity.
Workshops are FREE but we gracefully receive donations towards peace activities.
